What devices are available?
ACLJ Wireless is an independent marketing company for Exit Mobile. Exit Mobile, who provides all wireless services, is offering custom-branded versions of the Motorola "W315", "W385", "RAZR (V3M)" and the "Q". Device Photos and additional information can be found at ACLJWireless.com

Can I keep my current mobile number?
Absolutely! Our quick and easy provisioning process will transfer your number to the ACLJ Wireless system with virtually no down time at all.

Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes, but you will only need to agree to a one year term.

What if I want to change my mobile number?
You can change your mobile number any time by logging into your account and selecting "update mobile number/ESN" or you can simply contact customer service.

How do I make an International call?
To place an international call, simply press and hold the 9 key down for one-touch access. If for any reason the speed dial feature does not work, you can call 1-866-339-9011 to access the platform as well. There is no PIN required as our platform will automatically recognize your mobile number and access your account.

How do I contact customer service?
You can reach customer service from 6am-5pm Pacific Time by calling 1-877-547-4846 . After hours emergency service is available on an as needed basis from 5pm until 11pm Pacific Time.

Can I buy handset protection coverage for my phone?
Yes, handset protection coverage is available on all our wireless devices. It is optional. If you purchase it, there will be a $30 fee per phone on your first invoice and on each subsequent invoice you will be charged a $6 monthly handset protection fee per phone.
