How does the contract buyout work?
We will reimburse up to $100 per line after you have paid your current provider with a one-year contract. If you elect the contract buyout, you will not be eligible for the “Cover the Cost of My Phone” promotion.

Is there a fee to port my number to your service?
Yes. The fee is $10 a month for each line for the first 3-months of service.

Is it possible to keep my current phone?
Possibly. If you own a Verizon phone that is compatible with our network, you can choose to keep your current phone. There will be a $5.00 monthly fee per phone if you choose this option.

Do I need to sign a contract?
That depends. If you choose to take advantage of our $100 promotional offer, either for a phone discount or a contract buyout, you will need to agree to a one-year term. If you do not use the offer, your service will be month-to-month and you will not need to sign a contract.

Is there an early termination fee if I break my agreement?
An early termination fee of $150 will be assessed if you cancel before the end of your term contract, or if you do not notify our company 30 days prior to your cancellation if you have no current term contract.

Is there a grace period after I sign up?
Yes. You have up to 14-days to return the phone in like new condition and cancel service with no early termination charges. However, you will be billed for plan charges, shipping, and any overage.

How long does it take to receive my phone?
You should receive your phone within 7-12 business days of the requested order.

How do I make an International call?
To place an international call, simply press and hold the 9 key down for one-touch access. If for any reason the speed dial feature does not work, you can call 1-866-339-9011 to access the platform as well. There is no PIN required as our platform will automatically recognize your mobile number and access your account.

How much is the overage rate?
Our overage rate is $0.36 instead of $0.40 to $0.47 you’d pay with other carriers.

How does the 6th invoice free promotion work?
The average of your previous 5 month’s Plan and Features charges will be credited every 6th invoice. However, the average does not include Taxes or Surcharges.

Is the free invoice promotion automatic?
Yes. The first credit on the 6th invoice is automatic. Any subsequent credits (12th and 18th month) are not automatic. You must call customer service to confirm the promotion. It is not automatic.

Can I buy insurance for my phone?
Yes, insurance is available on all ACLJ Wireless devices. It is optional. If you purchase it, there will be a $30 fee per phone on your first invoice and on each subsequent invoice you will be charged a $6 monthly insurance fee per phone. Please call 1-877-547-4846 to learn more.
